We are aware that there are some users who are still experiencing difficulties connecting to the NHS App. If you are unable to connect, please email the registration team: d-icb.stthomasct@nhs.net and they will provide your access codes. We want to thank you for your patience during this time.

The Practice is aware of an issue with the NHS app when patients are attempting to view previous test results. We have been working closely with the NHS App team and NHS Digital who have been investigating this on behalf of all GP Practice’s and unfortunately, this issue is not currently fixable. All patients using the NHS App, or any other online service will be unable to view test results received before the 27th of April 23.

Results received after that date will be visible.

The Practice can provide patients with a copy of historic test results should this be useful. Please email our secretarial team at stthomas@nhs.net who will be able to forward you a table of results.

The Practice will continue to work with the national teams to try and develop the online functionality.

Elective care waiting lists

If you would like to be seen elsewhere or have been waiting a long time to be seen or for treatment please contact DRSS on 01626 883888 or email: drss.helpdesk@nhs.net to discuss your options.

The NHS Constitution gives most people living in England the right to choose where to receive treatment. You have the right to choose the organisation that provides your NHS care when you’re referred for your first appointment with a consultant. So if your GP recommends that you see a specialist, you can choose where and when to see them.

Please note DRSS are unable to give exact guidance on how long you will wait to be seen for an appointment.

Please do not contact the hospital or your GP to check where you are on the list as they will not to be able to provide you with this information. The only exception to this is if you feel your condition is worsening prior to their hospital clinic appointment or procedure. In this instance, contact your GP.
