The NHS Health Check
The free NHS Health Check is available for patients who are aged 40-74 years of age and do not have any pre-existing health conditions.
As we get older, we are more at risk of developing health conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes or heart conditions.
If you would like to book a Health Check, please telephone Foxhayes Surgery on 01392 208789, who are providing this service. Your own GP will be informed of your results which will be added to your medical notes.
