Our Practice Nurses provide up to the minute information on immunisation and health for travellers.  
Remember many vaccinations need to be given up to 6 - 8 weeks prior to travelling.
Some vaccine is available free of charge, but there may be a charge for others, e.g. Hepatitis B, Yellow Fever, Rabies.

Before making an appointment to see the Nurse please read the Travel Appointment Information and then download and complete the Travel Risk Assessment Form which you should bring with you to your appointment.
