Before ordering your prescriptions:
- Please order only the items that you need.
- Please read the instructions on the label and make sure you are taking them as you should.
- Please let us know if you have stopped taking any of your medications.
All requests for prescriptions must be made in writing.
If you are having problems requesting your medication through the NHS App, please send the Prescribing team an email. Our address is:

Please include your name and date of birth, as well as the medication required.
Allow 5 working days for us to process prescription requests, before contacting your nominated pharmacy.
