If you have an illness or allergy that affects your diet it may be appropriate for you to be referred to the Community Dietitian.  Please contact your GP if you think this may be helpful to you.

Additionally, Health Visitors attached to St Thomas Medical Group, based at the Westexe Children’s Centre in Cowick Street, are available to provide support and advice for patients wishing to lose weight.
